Their professionalism, work ethic, and skills were exemplary. We would highly recommend Bill and Integrity Moving Solutions. We have finally finished unpacking and everything that Bill, assisted by Robert, packed arrived undamaged. But Bill felt positive and with a very coordinated crew of 5, they got it down! It was quite a feat! We all were unsure if that giant piece of furniture would make it down the very narrow stairs of our new home. When Bill first saw the piece, he called it a "behemoth" and he was right. The second day, the crew finished up but not before moving a huge bureau into our new home. Bill oversaw the packing and carefully labeled the boxes for us. They took great care of the furniture to insure that nothing was damaged as items were moved up the stairs.
On the first moving day, he and 6 of his crew showed up to begin the move.
Bill came out to estimate the move and felt that the size and complexity of the move would require 2 days and gave us what we felt was a fair estimate. It was a large home and we had a lot of furniture. We lived in the hills and had a down slope house so that heavy furniture needed to be brought up two flights of stairs to get to street level and along with that, we needed to have packing done. Integrity recently did a very difficult move for us. We will hit them again for any moving needs we have, and exceedingly prescribe them in the event that you have to move inside of the Bay Area. They were exceptional! Their administration was perfect, going admirably past our desires, dependably with a grin, and at an extremely sensible cost. We enlisted Bill LaVigne and his group to push us move from Berkeley to San Francisco.
